Frequently asked questions about Prime Academy

Yes. With interactive whiteboards, recordings, and academic follow-ups, online lessons deliver results equal to or better than traditional in-person classes.

When you select a one-on-one session on Prime Academy, you are matched with a qualified tutor who will focus on your specific needs. You receive targeted support in the area you’ve chosen (for example: exam preparation, topic revision, or concept building). The platform lets you track your progress through performance analytics and feedback.

The trial class is free and there is no obligation to continue. If it is not the right fit, tell us what did not work and we can either match you with a different teacher or adjust the course plan. Nothing is charged until you decide to enrol.

We build a customised course plan for each student rather than following one fixed syllabus. Every student takes our in-house placement test first, and the results shape the learning goals, weekly focus and timeline. We then prepare matching textbooks, in-house materials and teaching aids for that specific plan, and adjust it after each stage test.

Most students begin within about a week. The sequence is a free consultation to understand your goals, then the placement test, then we match a teacher and confirm your timetable. If you already know what you need and your preferred time slot is open, it can be faster.
